Responsibilities & Context:The World University of Bangladesh (WUB) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Social Media Marketing Executive for its over expanding demands at Uttara, Sector - 17, Dhaka - 1230.Job Summary:The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for managing an organization's social media presence, developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. This role involves content creation, performance analysis, community management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectivesKey Responsibilities:1. Strategy Development and ExecutionDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals, including organic and paid campaigns.Research trends and leverage insights to optimize content and campaigns.Manage paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok etc.2. Content Creation and ManagementCreate engaging content (e.g., posts, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform's audience.Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce multimedia assets.Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.3. Community Engagement and Customer ServiceMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community interaction.Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain brand reputation.Encourage user-generated content and manage influencer partnerships.4. Analytics and ReportingTrack and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics or native platform insights.Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.5. Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 40 years
Experience: 2-3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.Copywriting and Creativity: Strong writing skills and ability to create engaging content.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Skills: Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.Flexibility to work occasional overtime or accommodate time zones.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proactive to prior work and multitasking ability.Self-motivated, well behaved and humble.Skills & Expertise:Social Media ManagementCompensation & Other Benefits:
