Website Designer & Developer (WordPress/PHP)

• Build responsive, high-performing websites using WordPress.

• Customize WordPress themes and child themes to meet project requirements.

• Install, configure, and extend WordPress plugins; develop custom plugins as needed.

• Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve visibility.

• Optimize websites for speed using caching, lazy loading, and minification.

• Ensure mobile-first design and cross-device compatibility.

• Apply WordPress security best practices and perform regular updates.

• Set up backup systems, SSL certificates, and hosting configurations.

• Collaborate with the creative and content team for planning and delivery.

• Proficient in WordPress with strong experience in Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.

• Knowledge of SEO tools (Yoast, Rank Math, Google Search Console).

• Familiarity with custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, Laravel , React, Next.js, Tailwin

• Ability to create responsive and visually appealing designs.

• Strong plugin and theme customization skills.

• Database management (MySQL) and server configuration knowledge.

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Real Estate, Handicraft, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, E-commerce, Shop/Showroom, F-commerce

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.

• Experience managing domain setup, hosting, and server tasks.

• Ability to create custom forms and implement unique functionalities.

• Understanding of schema markup, sitemaps, and technical SEO.

• Prior experience in E-commerce, E-commerce startups, or F-commerce is highly preferred.

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals is a plus.
