Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented “Assistant Manager (Operation Coordinator)” for our Electrical Business Unit. The selected candidate will work closely with the Operation Head and assist in project coordination, MIS reporting, and operational management.Responsibilities:Contribute to the planning and executing operational activities.Prepare and analyze MIS reports and operational data for management.Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence related to operations.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.Provide data-driven insights for strategic and operational decisions.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Operation Head.Education Requirements:BBA/MBA in any discipline.Experience:
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
Strong skills in MS Excel, data analysis, and MIS reporting.Knowledge of project coordination and operational tools/software.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Skills & Expertise:Excellent communication and presentation skills,Microsoft Excel,MIS Reporting,Operations,Project Management/ Co-ordinatorCompensation & Other Benefits:
