Responsibilities & Context:The incumbent to be completely responsible for: Greet and welcoming the visitors.Address the visitor`s purpose of visit and direct them to concern person. Experiences in PABX operating System.Answering Local & International calls and transferring to the right person/appropriate person.Keeping message of the officers/ staffs in their absence and deliver the message/notes to the concerned person.Entry incoming and out going mail in the register and transferring the incoming mail to the concerned persons.Maintained control system register book.Received letters, packages etc and distribute to the concerned desk. Any other assignment as per Management requirement.Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 32 years
  • Should have 03 (three) years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal / communication skills with computer literacy.
