Responsibilities & Context:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.Answer, screen, and route incoming calls courteously and efficiently.Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling.Handle general inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.Support administrative functions including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.Safeguard sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Collaborate with internal teams and provide necessary support as required.Share basic information about company services or direct clients to the appropriate department.Monitor office inventory levels and place orders when needed.Maintain visitor logs, oversee access control, and follow security procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Education Requirements:

Experience:

At least 1 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Physiotherapy center, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa
