Responsibilities & Context:Plan and deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns from ideation and segmentation to performance measurement and ROI reporting.Manage and optimize CRM platform to support targeted outreach and personalization.Analyze customer data to create meaningful segments and launch data driven consumer engagement initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and retentionIdentify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with brands, fintech's and loyalty programs to enrich the loyalty offering.Own the end-to-end loyalty program: manage costs (marketing, tech, operations, points liability) and campaign executionDefine, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of the initiatives and guide improvements.Liaise with Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales teams to execute CRM campaigns seamlessly.Integrate partner offers into loyalty marketing campaigns and communicate with store team effectively.Utilize customer behavior and analytics insights to optimize loyalty strategies and offers.Evaluate partnerships for long-term financial viability, build business cases, and forecast ROIFacilitate coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operation.Plan and ensure smooth execution for in-store consumer engagement initiatives with impact measurement.Define and own the digital product portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.Monitor customer satisfaction, manage feedback loops, and handle data per privacy regulationsEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, Tannery/Footwear
