- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain visibility and build repeat business.
- Plan and develop ideas for regular, specific and special communication, for all business units.
- Creating and presenting strategic plans to the respected teams.
- Collaborating with the creative and media team to define objectives and plan executions.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing activities and their success.
- Compile and present regular reports on marketing performance and results.
- Improve performance using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
- Performing analysis of global scale businesses and identifying opportunities.
- Keeping updated with technologies and consumer behaviors and plan strategies ahead.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting customers, partners, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the different market segments.
- Leads trials concerning new business initiatives, pilot programs, and regional rollouts; based on results, makes, recommends, and implements adjustments and modifications.
- Serves as negotiator with third parties for potential partnership and collaborations like Banks and other Institutions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, or related roles.
- Proven experience in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in analyzing marketing performance and using data-driven insights to improve results.
- Experience in handling partnerships, negotiations, and collaborations is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise projects, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, data analytics, and reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities, trends, and insights at local and global levels.
