Responsibilities & Context:Purely Admin Based job we are looking for candidate from Core admin background.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Manage schedules and deadlines as per admin calendar
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g technicians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Manage Travel desk (Local, National & International)
  • Strong monitoring and good Housekeeping for all the factory premises.
  • Manage logistics for the company
  • Manage new office set-up as required
  • Accountable for office upkeep including pantry, cafeteria, horticulture, pest control, etc.
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Taking Disciplinary Action & Grievance Handling
  • Supervising Safety, Security & Housekeeping
  • Managing Vehicle, Canteen, and Guest Houses etc.
  • Handling Industrial Relations & Liaison with Law enforcing Agencies
  • Coordinating HR Team of other plant and Head Office
  • Support staff and the security guard counseling
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
  • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 38 years
