Responsibilities & Context:Lead and manage HR & Payroll software implementation projects (Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, etc.).Collaborate with HR & Admin teams to analyze requirements and configure ERP modules accordingly.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure successful software rollout, including user training, UAT, and Go-Live support.Develop and implement strategies for change management, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems.Develop implementation strategies aligned with organizational policies and Bangladesh Labour Law compliance.Prepare technical & functional documentation for all implementation stages.Ensure data migration, integration with biometric devices, and third-party APIs.Coordinate with developers to customize modules as per HR business processes.Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and executive management. Present findings to management on regular cadence.Education Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in CSE, EEE, IT, or BBA (MIS/HRM) from a reputed university.Experience:
  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Garments, Textile
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 30 years
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in ERP/HR software implementation.Practical knowledge of HRIS/Payroll/ERP systems will get high preference.Compensation & Other Benefits:
