Responsibilities & Context:Human Resource Management:To manage full-cycle of HR activities including operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and employee development.To update or create policy and ensure implementation.To maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management and documentation.To oversee HR compliance in line with Bangladeshi labor laws and company policies.To foster a positive and inclusive work culture across departments .To handle grievance management and disciplinary actions.To prepared of Salary, Wages, OT allowance & others payment and on time disbursement.To manage the timely and accurate final settlement.To organize & conduct seminars, workshops, training on health & hygiene, occupational health or any epidemic break out.Administration:To supervise general administrative activities of the both corporate office and showroom.To ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and office maintenanceTo manage logistics, supplies, and support services across departmentsTo coordinate with all departmental heads and liaise with external service providers for operational needsTo support management with timely reports, documentation, and compliance-related tasksTo oversee office maintenance, security, vehicle usage and general administrative support functions.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,Bangladesh University of Professionals,North South University,East West University students will get preference
Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Boutique/ Fashion, Shop/Showroom
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 35 years
Candidates experienced in working at a corporate office will get preferenceSkills & Expertise:Bangladesh Labor Law,Communication and negotiation skills,HR Policies,HRIS/ HR Database Management,Microsoft Office,Payroll Processing,Teamwork skillsCompensation & Other Benefits:
