Responsibilities & Context:We are hiring an experienced and proactive Manager/ Assistant-HR & Admin to lead human resources, compliance, and administrative operations. This role will report directly to the GM and CEO, playing a key part in aligning people strategies with business objectives while cultivating a productive and compliant work environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead HR policy, compliance, and organisational planning.Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.Oversee performance appraisals and incentive systems.Ensure labour law compliance and internal documentation.Supervise admin operations, procurement, and vendor management.Support internal branding and culture-building initiatives.Implement HRMS tools and digital HR operations.Manage crisis protocols and data protection policies.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor's/ Master's of Business Administration (BBA/MBA) in Human Resource Management/ PGD in Human Resource Management
  • Certifications in labour law or HR compliance (preferred)
Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, E-commerce
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Only Female
Experience:
  • 7 to 10 years experience in HR & admin leadership roles.

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong command of labour law, HR systems, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in English (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent)
