Responsibilities & Context:Manage the recruitment and selection process.Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain salary and benefits program.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 34 years
Good Knowledge in HRM Software.A distinguished record of intellectual and administrative achievement. Commitment to the highest standards of communication skill.The ability to think strategically and drive institutional innovation.Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to sustain a culture of mutual trust and respect among all constituenciesCompensation & Other Benefits:As per company policyCompany Information:First generation Non-Life Insurance Company.
