We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Executive - Admin, Finance & HR. If you have a passion for maintaining office decorum and efficiency, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Office Operations & Management:Oversee day-to-day office operations, calendars, meetings, and workflows.Develop and implement office management policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.Supervise vendors, procurement, office supplies, and facility management.Ensure a clean, healthy, safe, and functional work environment for all staff.Administrative & Financial SupportOversee financial administration: petty cash, procurement, invoices, bank transactions, and receipts.Oversee sales administration process.Maintain accurate cashbooks and track receivables; reconcile monthly with bank statements.Prepare financial documentation for VAT/Mushok, taxation, and compliance.Support budget planning, monitoring, and financial forecasting with management.Liaise with accountants, auditors, and banks to ensure accuracy and compliance.Human Resources Support:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices.Lead recruitment processes: drafting JDs, managing candidate pipelines, interviews, and employer branding.Manage onboarding, induction, and training for new hires.Oversee employee records, attendance, leave management, and performance reviews.Support staff development through training, learning initiatives, and career planning.Conduct exit interviews and ensure structured handovers at contract termination.Advise leadership on workforce planning, compensation, and retention strategies.Executive SupportProvide strategic and operational support to the General Manager and senior leadership.Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and documents to support decision-making.Contribute HR and financial insights to leadership discussions and planning.Culture & Collaboration:Champion company culture through initiatives that strengthen teamwork and trust.Organize team-building events, trainings, and recognition programs.Foster open communication and collaboration across departments.Lead efforts to embed organizational values of integrity, innovation, and togetherness.Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Master of Science (MSc)
- At least 4 years
