Responsibilities & Context:You'll be the backbone of our HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement - helping us grow a stronger, people-focused organization.Here's what you'll be doing:HR TasksHR Operations & HRM System Management
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and leave processing through HRM Online Software.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Prepare reports to support leadership decisions.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate recruitment (job postings, tests, and interviews).
  • Facilitate onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation programs.
  • Support workforce planning in line with business needs.
Employee Engagement, Training & Policy Management
  • Organize engagement programs (New Year, Pohela Boishakh/Falgun, Annual Iftar, Family Day, etc.).
  • Identify training needs, arrange development programs, and track outcomes.
  • Review, update, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Prepare payroll, allowances, incentives, and TA/DA.
  • Handle provident fund, gratuity, insurance, and final settlements.
  • Ensure fairness, confidentiality, and policy compliance in all compensation matters.
Performance & Grievance Handling
  • Facilitate probation confirmations and performance appraisal processes.
  • Address employee grievances with fairness and professionalism.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and labour laws.
Admin TasksAdmin & Facilities Support
  • Oversee vehicles, facilities, and office maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Security & Support Services Monitoring
  • Supervise support staff, drivers, and security personnel.
  • Manage overtime, allowances, and safety gear distribution.
Regulatory TasksGovernment Liaison
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006.
  • Maintain documentation and follow-ups on legal matters.
Management TasksOther Duties
  • Provide data, insights, and reports for management decisions.
  • Support strategic HR/Admin projects as assigned by Senior Management Team.
Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management (preferred)
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At most 30 years
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in HR & Admin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bangla typing
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006
  • Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and communication skills
