Responsibilities & Context:Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.Conduct audience research, set targeting strategies, and run A/B tests to improve results.Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.Monitor campaign performance daily, adjust budgets and creatives, and ensure KPIs are met.Prepare performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with clear insights and recommendations.Manage social media accounts, including content posting, scheduling, and engagement.Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising tools.Coordinate with Finance for media spend payments and assist with budgeting and forecasting.Manage website content, blogs, landing pages, and e-commerce backend operations.Edit and optimize photos and videos for campaigns, social media, and e-commerce use.Support SEO/SEM activities such as keyword research, meta updates, backlinks, and on-page optimization.Design campaign presentations and reports using Canva or PowerPoint.Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and advertising platforms to resolve issues.Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Department Head.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience:
  • 3 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 24 years
Minimum 2 year of experience in performance marketing or media buying.At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.Familiarity with e-commerce backend systems and basic photo/video editing.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle platform-related issues.Proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.Skills & Expertise:Digital Marketing,Digital Marketing Campaign,E commerce,Excel (Pivot Tables),SEO,vlookup,Web AnalyticsCompensation & Other Benefits:
