Responsibilities & Context:Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.Researching prospects and generating leads through phone call and Door to door field visit.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Collect the required documents from customer.Maintain and update customer database.Maintain good relationship with clients.Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.Any other tasks assigned by the management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • Only Male
Experience in Real Estate/ Pharmaceuticals/ Insurance/ Hospitality industries is highly preferred.Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.Smart, Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.Aggressive to meet the sales target.Skills & Expertise:Communication and negotiation skills,lead generation,Sales & Marketing,Smart and DynamicCompensation & Other Benefits:
