Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a proactive and skilled “Sr. Executive - Regulatory Affairs” who will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for our production and business operations.Responsibilities:Manage and renew various licenses including Trade License, DOE License, Acid License Import, Boiler License, Fire License, Factory License, Export License, BERC License, ERC/IRC, Atomic Import/Usage License, Petroleum Import & Stock License.Handle Radioactive Materials Import/Usage License and Explosive Licenses (CO₂, N₂ storage).Maintain liaison with DC Office and other relevant government authorities for license renewal.Ensure compliance with new business operation-related licenses.Address critical regulatory issues related to Head Office & Factory.Obtain Explosive NOC for imported raw materials, assets & equipment from different labs.Prepare and submit documents related to regulatory issues raised from product quality or new regulations as advised by HOD.Assist in licensing matters for new business operations.Education Requirements:BBA/MBA in any discipline (preferably with relevant certification in Regulatory Affairs/Compliance).Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 25 years

Sound knowledge of operational approach in license management and regulatory compliance.Strong communication & liaison skills with government offices and regulatory authorities.Proficiency in MS Office and Computer fundamentals.Ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency.Skills & Expertise:business license,License Management,Regulatory ComplianceCompensation & Other Benefits:
