Responsibilities & Context:Job DescriptionBuild and maintain strong relationships with different government offices and regulatory authorities (different ministries, BTRC, BTCL, BIDA, Bangladesh Bank, Department of Immigration and Passports, BRTA, etc.).Ensure compliances and timely renewals of all the licenses required for the business operations.Prepare and submit applications, reports, and other correspondences to the government offices.Perform regular coordination with the government offices and keep the management informed in a prompt and timely manner.Analyze and present the impacts of government policies and regulations on business operations.Provide strategic advice to the management regarding policy and regulatory issues.Recommend, pursue, and liaison required policy changes with government bodies.Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 6 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service
Additional Job Requirements:Must possess excellent knowledge of regulatory procedures.Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.Excellent negotiation skills.Excellent leadership attributes.Ability to lead, manage and motivate the team.Advance knowledge of MS Office Package.Tech Savvy and willing to adapt new techniques.Skills & Expertise:Analytical and Decision making ability,Cross-functional Collaboration,Excellent communication skill,Problem solving and decision making,Reporting and Documentation,technical competenciesCompensation & Other Benefits:
