Responsibilities & Context:Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused and sales oriented individual to join our team as a Team Leader- Telemarketing (Call Center). As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, you have to contribute significantly to lead generation, customer satisfaction and overall business success.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations and ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to meet team targets.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.Making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about available properties and promotions.Assisting the sales team by providing them with qualified leads and relevant customer information.Updating customer records and maintaining an accurate database of all interactions.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Educational Qualification can be relaxed for experienced and capable individuals.Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Only Female
