We offer comprehensive integrated product and solutions for building management system, fire automations, security/surveillance etc. Ezzy Group provides consultancy, logistics, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering support and services to the national and international companies operating in Bangladesh in both upstream and downstream activities since 1984.JOB CONTEXTWe are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Executive Secretary (Chairman`s Office) to support the Chairman in his role as Head of the Group and Honorary Consul of Guatemala in Bangladesh. The role demands strong organizational skills and professionalism to manage official, business, and consular engagements, ensuring seamless coordination and representation across corporate, governmental, and international platforms.JOB RESPONSIBILTIESExecutive & Administrative SupportManage and prioritize the Chairman`s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules (domestic & international).Draft, review, and manage correspondence, speeches, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Chairman.Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion.Provide daily briefings and updates to prepare the Chairman for meetings and engagements.Communication & CoordinationServe as the primary liaison between the Chairman and senior management, board members, stakeholders, and external dignitaries.Coordinate with government officials, embassies, and diplomatic missions as required.Facilitate timely follow-ups, monitor action points, and ensure execution of directives.Diplomatic & Consular AffairsLiaise and coordinate with the Guatemalan High Commission and other diplomatic bodies.Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and communications related to consular activities.Represent and liaise on behalf of the Honorary Consul for business meetings and diplomatic engagements both locally and internationally.Support protocol management for official events, visits, and delegations.Strategic & Project SupportAssist in research, data collection, and project support for the Management decision-making.Support special projects and collaborations initiated by the Management.Event & Meeting ManagementOrganize high-level meetings, conferences, and events for both corporate and consular purposes.Manage logistics, guest relations, agenda setting, and preparation of minutes and reports.Coordinate international travel arrangements, including business missions and diplomatic visits.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in International Relations
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, English, International Relations or related field.Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies
