Responsibilities & Context:Front Desk & Visitor Management:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they receive a professional first impression of the company.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, courteously, and in accordance with company protocols.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and secure condition at all times.
  • Manage visitor logbooks, prepare and issue ID passes, and coordinate the scheduling of meeting rooms.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, documents, and parcels in a timely and accurate manner.
Administrative & Communication Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR and Administration teams.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of both internal and external communication strategies.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to support smooth operations.
  • Manage and regularly update notice boards, internal communication platforms, and, where required, the company's social media channels.
Coordination & Support:
  • Liaise effectively with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient operational workflows.
  • Assist HR in conducting onboarding activities and welcoming new employees to the organization.
  • Support the organization of employee welfare initiatives and public-facing events.
  • Handle all sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA or MBA from any reputed university.
Experience:
  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
