Responsibilities & Context:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven “Marketing & Sales Executive / Senior Executive/Asst. Manager” to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting sustainable business growth.Sales ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and approach potential customers to generate new business.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.Sales Target AchievementMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.Upsell and cross-sell products/services where possible.Market Research & Lead GenerationConduct market research to identify new opportunities.Generate leads through calls, visits, events, and networking.Maintain a database of prospective and current customers.Sales Reporting & CoordinationPrepare regular sales reports for management review.Work closely with the marketing and product teams for aligned strategies.Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback.Marketing ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis & StrategyAnalyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.Support the creation of pricing strategies and promotional offers.Provide insights to improve product positioning.Content & CommunicationPrepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.Customer EngagementGather customer feedback to improve products/services.Support loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and retention strategies.Education Requirements:

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

Experience:

At least 3 years
