To further strengthen our teaching team, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven IELTS Instructor with a strong track record of preparing candidates for high IELTS scores.Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and passionate IELTS Instructor, preferably from IBA or Dhaka University, who has extensive experience in guiding students toward IELTS success. The ideal candidate must have achieved a minimum overall IELTS band score of 7.5 (with no band lower than 7.0), though 8.0+ is strongly preferred.The selected candidate will be offered a very attractive compensation package, along with performance-based incentives and professional growth opportunities, in a supportive and student-focused environment.Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging IELTS preparation classes (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
Design and deliver lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
Provide individualized feedback and proven strategies for score improvement.
Monitor student progress and maintain high satisfaction and success rates.
Stay updated with IELTS exam formats, grading systems, and recent trends.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor's/Master's degree (Candidates from IBA or Dhaka University strongly preferred).

Experience:

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 24 to 45 years

Proven experience as an IELTS Instructor/Trainer with measurable student success.
Minimum IELTS band score of

(overall), with preference for 8.0+ achievers. * Exceptional English proficiency (both spoken and written).

Strong communication, mentoring, and motivational skills.
Genuine passion for teaching and student development.
