Responsibilities & Context:LEC Abroad Language Center is seeking skilled and energetic IELTS Instructors to help students achieve their target scores. If you have a passion for teaching and enjoy guiding students to success, we would love to have you join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality IELTS classes to students of various proficiency levels.Develop and customize lesson plans for student needs.Provide constructive feedback on students' speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.Administer mock tests and evaluate student performance to track progress.Stay updated with the latest changes in the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria.Counsel students and answer their exam-related questions.Support the team with additional academic and administrative tasks as needed.Additional InformationStrong command of English with an in-depth understanding of the IELTS exam.Proven experience in teaching IELTS or other English language courses.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Education Requirements:
