Responsibilities & Context:Job SummaryThe Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team to ensure successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo or other ERP solutions. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing process workflows, ensuring ERP modules meet business needs, and supporting post-implementation activities.Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
a. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and pain points.
b. Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
c. Document functional and non-functional requirements for ERP implementation.2. ERP Solution Design & Configuration:
a. Translate business requirements into Odoo/ERP functional specifications.
b. Configure ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.) according to business needs.
c. Design workflow automations, data structures, and reporting tools.3. Implementation & Customization Coordination:
a. Work closely with the development team for custom module development.
b. Test and validate new features, workflows, and integrations before deployment.
c. Ensure alignment of ERP configurations with industry best practices.4. User Training & Support:
a. Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
b. Provide first-level support to users for ERP-related issues.
c. Assist in change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.5. Reporting & Documentation:
a. Develop ERP dashboards and reports for business intelligence.
b. Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, workflows, and procedures.
c. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.6. Continuous Improvement:
a. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
b. Stay updated with Odoo's latest features and ERP industry trends.
c. Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and usability.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
  • University of Dhaka students will get preference
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 28 years
Office time: 6.00 PM to 2.00 AMWeekend: Saturday and SundayJob Type: Fully RemoteCompensation & Other Benefits:
