Responsibilities & Context:Strategic Analysis & Business Insights:Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board to support strategic decision-making.Evaluate business performance metrics, financial results, and key indicators to measure impact of initiatives.Process & Operational Excellence:Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and optimization initiatives across multiple business functions.Design and implement workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure alignment of operational processes with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.Project & Change Management:Support and lead enterprise-level projects, including digital transformation, product launches, and operational optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, Sales, Compliance) to ensure timely and effective project delivery.Drive change management initiatives and monitor adoption of new processes or systems.Stakeholder Management & Reporting:Act as a key liaison between business units, IT, and senior management.Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Board and senior leadership.Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of best practices in data analysis and reporting.Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:Ensure all recommendations and business initiatives comply with Bangladesh Insurance Act, IDRA guidelines, and Shariah-compliant principles.Support internal audit and compliance functions by providing detailed business analysis and documentation.Education Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or consulting, preferably within insurance, banking, or financial services.Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory frameworks, and Shariah-compliant financial products.Expertise in process modeling, data analytics, performance management, and financial analysis.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance
