- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch (customer reception, service handover, and delivery).
- Manage and supervise front-desk executives, technicians, and support staff to maintain top-class service standards.
- Guide customers about iFixit services (iPhone, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch repairs) and ensure transparent communication.
- Oversee device diagnosis, repair timeline, and quality control before customer delivery.
- Maintain proper inventory of spare parts & accessories; report shortages in advance.
- Monitor daily sales, service targets, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure the branch follows iFixit-standard service protocols and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, customer feedback, and service performance to the MIS.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run branch-level campaigns, offers, or promotions.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming showroom environment.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
