Responsibilities & Context:Job Summary:The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the Electronics Display Center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales and financial targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for electronics, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage a team.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, display setup, and maintenance.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Monitor and optimize branch performance metrics.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.Foster a customer-centric environment, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Promote a collaborative and motivated work culture.Prepare and manage branch budgets and financial reports.Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.Develop forecasts and business plans to meet financial objectives.Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders.Represent the branch at industry events and networking opportunities.Passion for technology and electronicsEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 24 to 40 years
