Responsibilities & Context:Lead and manage the call center & telesales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.Develop and implement telesales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.Monitor daily operations, including inbound/outbound calls, telesales campaigns, and customer interactions.Train, coach, and motivate telesales executives to ensure high performance.Ensure quality control, compliance, and excellent customer service standards.Prepare and analyze sales reports, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns.Handle escalated customer queries and provide solutions.Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business

Experience:

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 28 to 40 years

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM/Call Center software)
Fluency in Bangla and English
