Responsibilities & Context:Financial Transaction recording properly both manual & softwareReview and process all payments/ adjustments, receipt vouchers, petty cash and revolving funds.Keep records of all transactions and prepare daily relevant journals and input into Accounting Software.Prepare annual budget and others report.Checking invoices and bills received and gaining approval.Having banking knowledge is a must.Applicants previously having working experience in the relevant field.Preparing and posting Accounting VoucherRecording Cash & Ledger Book, Bank Book etc.Recording Purchase & Sales Ledger etc.Well versed with Negotiation, Costing, Import Laws and Dealing with customs authority.Follow-up the receiving notifications from Banks about the document received against shipmentSupervise the activities of the Administration work.Ensure the care and maintenance of common utilities.Look after the attendance of Office staff.Solving different administrative issues or cases by consulting with management.Monitoring workers and staff & their movement.Must have a convincing, pleasant and motivational personality.Any other task assigned by the management from just in time.Market assessments and Initiate market research.Sales trends and sales movements analysis to ensure development of new business and its implementationTrack information on market conditions, innovation and opportunities.Perform and achieve monthly sales target.Monitor monthly sales targets according to production capacity.Maintaining proper documentsvisit customers to gain sales and provide useful solutions on customer needs.The candidate should be smart, young, energetic, proactive, result oriented and well-mannered with attractive personality.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • 1 to 5 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 40 years
