Responsibilities & Context:
  • Strong communication skills, both written (email) and verbal, in English
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external parties by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Lead communication and manage liaison with customers in regards to queries and updates.
  • Prepare offers for Clients and maintain the store records (Up to date regularly).
  • Managing correspondence, filing (hard & soft copies), and record-keeping.
  • Effectively serve as the link between internal and external parties by maintaining communication and liaison
  • Support administrative assignments and manage administrative and HR responsibilities, such as attendance, Leave record and task delivery from team members.
  • Manage vendor's dealing and delivery issues.
  • Maintain internal dealings within the office to support the broader team.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform any tasks and assignments directed by the supervisor.
Education Requirements:
  • A Level
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • O Level
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age At most 30 years
