- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising vacancies, screening applicants, organizing interviews, and preparing contracts.
- Manage and update staff records, including contracts, leave tracking, benefits, and performance appraisals.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly payroll input, including leave data and deductions.
- Organize staff onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and ensure alignment with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling processes in coordination with senior management.
- Facilitate internal training sessions and support capacity-building initiatives for staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all HR-related issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication to interact with staff, vendors, and external partners.
- Ability to write clear HR documents: job descriptions, contracts, letters, memos, etc.
- Active listening and diplomacy, especially in handling staff concerns and grievances.
- Oversee general office operations, ensuring a clean, functional, and professional work environment.
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment in accordance with procurement policies.
- Maintain and regularly update organizational asset registers and office documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
- Organize logistics for internal meetings, workshops, trainings, and staff travel.
- Ensure proper filing systems (electronic and physical) for administrative and HR documents.
- Support field office administration as needed, including coordination of transport and accommodation for staff during field travel.
- Communicate with Government Office, donor office, and different stockholder.
- Must handle sensitive staff and organizational information with utmost confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Ability to address HR issues (conflicts, absenteeism and performance) with fairness and strategic thinking.
- Able to troubleshoot admin issues quickly
- Master of Arts (MA) in English
- Must have a post-graduation degree in English.
- At least 2nd Division /Class in all public examinations.
- 3 to 5 years
- Age 25 to 32 years

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Frequent travel is required.
- Capable of drafting letters both in Bangla and English and computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint. Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (mandatory).
