Responsibilities & Context:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and preparing CVs and personal files.Oversee onboarding formalities, conduct orientation sessions for new hires, and issue employee ID cards.Maintain worker files and handle grievance resolution, absenteeism counseling, and related employee matters.Support employees on HR topics such as leave management and compensation inquiries.Conduct HR initiatives to ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety, and organizational policies.Implement and uphold Human Resource policies effectively across the organization.Gather and analyze HR data using key metrics such as time-to-hire and employee turnover, providing actionable insights.Organize and coordinate employee performance reviews to foster professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.Execute general administrative tasks and participate in special projects as directed by the immediate supervisor.Education Requirements:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Only Male
