Responsibilities & Context:Gender: Female Candidate PreferredJob ResponsibilitiesLead HR policy, compliance, and organizational planning.Manage recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development.Prepare, review, and maintain official documents, agreements, and reports.Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll support.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, Communication and conflict resolution skills.Oversee HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law.Organize training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement programs.Handle office administration including procurement, asset management, and vendor coordination.Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and liaise with different departments.Maintain communication with regulatory authorities if required.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field (MBA preferred).Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, ISP, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Only Female
2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin (ISP/IT/MNO industry experience is an advantage).Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.Fresher with Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bangla & English are also encourage to apply.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.Compensation & Other Benefits:Attractive salary (Negotiable based on skills & experience)Festival bonus & performance bonusFriendly and professional work environmentCareer development opportunitiesWorking Hours: [9.00am-6.00pm]
