- Employee Onboarding & Orientation - Help new employees integrate smoothly.
- Full Payrol, HR various e-services, Strong administrative skills, able to work independently, multi-tasks.
- Preparation of HR reports to management, Lead, organize, maintain, and develop HR policies.
- Handle company workers, check in & out, and all related matters. Have to create a payroll sheet based on attendance.
- Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, and letter preparation.
- Handle emails and record in Data entry accordingly
- Support the sales team on day-to-day administration and quotation preparation
- Liaise with employees of other departments to resolve issues
- Handle and coordinate incoming items & help to sort them out & label them for the requester
- Maintenance of the database. Documentation, filing work.
- Provide basic administrative support to the other department
- Familiarize HR's various e-services.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Bachelor/Honors
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Chain shop, Departmental store, Importer, Online Retail Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 20 to 32 years
- Only Female
- Experience dealing with international buyers, audits, and certification bodies
- Excellent communication in Bangla & English, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and employee relations expertise
- Good knowledge in the construction sector, Labour Law & Regulation, and Worker Management.
- Should be Proficient in English
- Salary Review: Half Yearly
