Design and implement sales strategies to increase orders for Carton & Poly products.
Identify new business opportunities and create targeted plans to approach potential clients, including Single factories, Group Factories.
Conduct regular market visits to build visibility and brand presence.
Client Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain effective follow-ups to retain clients and secure repeat orders.
Strategic Decision-Making

Take initiative in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to suggest improvements.
Provide valuable input to management for pricing, product promotion, and expansion strategies.
Operational Responsibilities

Prepare sales reports and share updates with management on progress and challenges.
Work closely with production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with dedication and professionalism.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Master of Business Management (MBM)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience:

3 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
