Responsibilities & Context:BRAC Health Programme is implementing the Immediate and Long-term Medical and Rehabilitative Care for the Injured Student/ People in the Aftermath of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement in Bangladesh through BLBC. This project's aim to providing immediate financial support to impacted individuals during the movement as part of immediate crisis response and Enhancing rehabilitation of injured individuals through medical, physical by providing prosthetic and orthotic service and mental healthcare on an immediate and long-term basis.The Senior Officer, programme support is critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of program particularly in areas such as patients database management, communication, record keeping, reporting and analytics.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Carrying out administrative and documentation duties, eg. preparing and sharing official information such as circulars, meeting minutes, administrative letters etc., and organizing national and international travel.Analyze the project wise budget and forecast of fund balance for finalizing the re-investment proposal.Support in conducting case studies to better understand the contextual realities and document key lessons learned from successful approaches, challenges, and recommendations.Assist in the preparation of reports, SOPs, manuals, concept notes, proposals etc.Assist to finalize periodic circulars, budget workings, and budget tracking to operation and grants team.Design and create written content (web content, blogs, articles, etc.) to elevate BHP's visibility to the donor community and support BHP's advocacy goals.Prepare reports and presentations on knowledge management activities.Liaise with BRAC MEAL department as well as central communications department to ensure compliance with BRAC learning documentation and communications guidelines.Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.Education Requirements:
