Responsibilities & Context:Responsible for:1. mHealth Operations, Satellite Clinic Monitoring and eHospital supportConduct orientation to staff regarding mobile based software and satellite clinic operations.Coordinate and oversee mHealth operations to ensure efficient delivery of digital health services by the FCMs/CHWs.Monitor and support satellite clinics to maintain clinical service quality and consistency in operations.Ensure effective utilization and regular updates of SaTcare software for conducting satellite sessions. Operate and monitor eHospital.Ensure paperless documentation process and record.Analyze service trends and generate actionable insights for programme improvement.Quality Assurance & Clinical OversightConduct regular clinical assessments to ensure adherence to clinical standards and protocols as per Friendship's guidelines and national protocol.Ensure quality of the prescriptionMonitor and evaluate the performance and service quality of field staff, including paramedics and community health workers.Implement periodic audits and clinical reviews to ensure compliance and continuous quality improvement.Identifying gaps in day-to-day field program, trouble shooting, risk management and mitigation.Ensure rational use of medicines and adherence to treatment protocols.Training & Staff DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize regular training sessions and refresher courses for field staff align with training coordinator.Facilitate skill development and capacity-building initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.Operational Planning & LogisticsPrepare and submit regular procurement requisitions and monthly fund requests to support outreach operations.Ensure timely availability and proper management of medicine stocks and logistics for satellite clinic.Monitor medicine consumption, prevent stock-outs, and oversee rational prescribing practices.Monitoring, Reporting & Data ManagementCollect, review, and analyze programme data to track performance against targets.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for internal and donor reporting requirements.Develop and present weekly data analysis reports and PowerPoint presentations for internal meeting.Conduct disease trend analysis for strategic decision making and outreach planning.Community Engagement & AccountabilityImplement the Community Score Card (CSC) and other tools to capture community feedback and improve service responsiveness.Ensure regular collection and documentation of beneficiary feedback and grievances, coordinate response mechanisms.Conduct field visits to monitor programme effectiveness, engage with community members, and identify operational gaps.Ensure local level coordination with stakeholders for program implementation and coordinate meeting at local level (GoB and internal stakeholders).Coordination & Technical SupportSupport the outreach team and Head Office (HO) management with technical inputs and strategic planning.Provide on-side clinical support to Friendship floating hospitals in absence of Medical Officer or as per clinical need.Provide technical support to floating hospital team in terms.Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration on cross-functional activities related to health programs.Conduct regular meetings with field staff; document and follow-up on action points.Project implementation, coordination, timely communication and information sharing.Create a friendly working environment for all staff members and ensure appropriate learning culture adhering to all PSEA and safeguarding issues.Coordinate with floating hospital team for collaborative issues regarding project management.Logistic Management of Outreach Component and Floating Hospitals (MMUs).Staff Capacity development and quality assuranceSkill and CompetenciesEducation: MBBS with Master of Public Health (MPH) from a reputed medical college or university.Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Bangla.High proficiency in MS Office applications and digital health tools.Sound knowledge of public health systems, community health, and health data management.Proven ability in report writing, data analysis, and presentation development.Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills.Willingness to work in remote or challenging environments.Flexible and able to travel frequently to field locations.Female are highly encouraged to applyRead Before ApplyPlease note that application via any other method will not be considered.“FRIENDSHIP is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and adults, and employees, Donors, visiting Doctors, visiting Journalists, visitors, beneficiaries including communities where we work and volunteers/interns.
