  • Sales & Marketing Operational Excellence: Sales Funnel Management, Sales Coverage, Integrated Solutions, Negotiations, Dealer Management, Channel Sales / Management, Customer Discussions, Market Coverage.
  • Develop Marketing and Sales Plans to Achieve BP for Plants, Machines, Rental, Parts. Revenue Generation.
  • Meet/Exceed Budget Plan Sales and Market Share targets for all plants, machines and parts sold.
  • Assist in merchandising dealer service to grow that sector of the business.
  • Brand management along with the dealer by activities – open house, conclave, exhibitions etc.
  • Manages Merchandising Funds for Plants, Machines & Parts. Responsible for Price Realization for these disciplines.
  • Oversee service goodwill spending on all products within industry segment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through management of product and commercial issues.
  • Responsible for leadership and supervision of the industry field reps, typically consisting of sales, application, service and/or product support.
  • Report on competitive activities including plant, machine & parts competitive pricing - Lost Sales Reporting, Country Sheet, Competition Mapping.
  • Develop relevant reports on trends required to support necessary Business Reviews.
  • The Territory Manager is responsible for the training and development of the dealer sales and service staff. Also sets objectives, establishes standards of performance and evaluates dealer staff performance.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
  • You have working knowledge of sales and marketing
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
