Responsibilities & Context:CARBDSHOP is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team for our imported Japanese cars in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. This role requires passion for automobiles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both in the showroom and in the field to expand our customer base.Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell imported Japanese cars to walk-in customers and corporate clients in Bangladesh.Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to generate new sales leads.Assist customers in vehicle selection by providing detailed product knowledge (features, specifications, benefits, and financing options).Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Coordinate with the showroom team for smooth vehicle delivery and after-sales support.Collect and maintain customer databases, enquiries, and sales records.Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management.Assist in showroom display management, test drives, and promotional events.Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the company's brand image.Education Requirements:
  • HSC
Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years

  • Age At least 18 years
