Responsibilities & Context:· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.· Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.· Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and transactions.· Collaborate with the sales and service teams by sharing customer feedback and insights to enhance offerings.· Make proactive outbound calls to promote holiday packages, travel services, and special offers.· Assist clients with their travel needs by providing tailored advice and recommendations.· Prepare and deliver customized quotations based on individual customer requirements.· Conduct detailed internet research on destinations, packages, and pricing to support accurate and competitive quotations.· Follow up with customers post-booking to confirm satisfaction, ensure service delivery, and encourage referrals or repeat business.· Responsible for creating and updating travel itineraries in line with client requirements and organizational policies.· Ensure itineraries are clear, cost-effective, and aligned with schedules and budgets.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
· Strong communication skills - clear, polite, and confident in both spoken and written communication.· Friendly and customer-focused personality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.· High attention to detail, especially important for planning and managing travel logistics.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.· Comfortable using the internet and online tools for destination research and price comparison.· Strong multitasking and organizational skills; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
