Responsibilities & Context:Prekite Technologies is an innovative technology company focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions in IT. We are committed to empowering businesses through intelligent products and services that optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable value.We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and brand presence.Key Responsibilities:Sales:Identify and engage prospective B2B and/or B2C customers through various channels (email, phone, social media, in-person).Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.Lead generation, qualification, and conversion.Conduct product demos and presentations.Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Marketing:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing).Manage the company's online presence including website, social media, and advertising platforms.Collaborate on branding strategies and marketing collateral development.Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform campaign strategies.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROIEducation Requirements:

Diploma in Computer

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 35 years

2+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in a tech company).
Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
