Key Responsibilities:Review, confirmation, and documentation of detailed designs, ensuring technical adequacy and compliance with project requirements and environmental standards.Contract Administration and Supervision, ensuring quality, timely execution, and adherence to contractual and safeguard requirements.Oversee implementation and compliance of environmental, social, and gender-related safeguards, including EMPs, labor standards, and grievance redress mechanisms.Assist in procurement planning, bid preparation, evaluation, and contract finalization for goods in accordance with ADB procedures.Monitor project progress and outcomes, prepare regular progress and completion reports, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and performance indicators.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or from Architecture discipline; postgraduate degree will be preferred.At least 15 years of professional experience out of which 10 years in design and construction of building works.At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
