- Prepare and process monthly billing.
- Reconcile daily deposits and payments.
- Monitor and control financial performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare administrators and department heads.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance.
- Record and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Calculate and distribute payroll.
- Maintain and update fixed asset schedules.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Support external audit processes.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget.
- Ensure accurate entry of financial data into accounting software systems.
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
- Respond to financial inquiries.
- Manage and review contracts with healthcare providers and vendors.
- Track and analyze grant funding and financial assistance programs.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and financial standards.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in Hospital accounting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis specifically in healthcare.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing processes and insurance claims management.
- Experience with fixed asset management in a healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and healthcare labor laws.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
- Ability to train and supervise junior accounting staff.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
