Executive - Logistics & Rider Management

• Responsibilities & Context

• Plan, organize, and manage all logistics operations.
• Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure timely servicing, repair, and inspection of all vehicles.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, registration, insurance, and compliance records.
• Manage drivers and riders, including duty allocation, discipline, and performance monitoring.
• Develop cost-effective strategies to reduce fuel and maintenance expenses.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety and legal standards.
• Handle accident reports, claims, and insurance matters.
• Visiting branches regularly to oversee rider activities and logistics operations (both inside dhaka & outside dhaka)
• Generating day to day activity report and reporting it to the line manager.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Proven experience in fleet management or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
