Responsibilities & Context:1. Local purchase activities.2. Responsible for purchase all kind of SIMEC group Model Pharma in house products like Office Stationery & Office Consumer Items & Others3. Responsible for purchase Model Pharma requirement.4. Always check the price of the purchased medicine with the market price5. Ensure market survey arrange sample & review6. Responsible for arrange & making and purchase all kind of Branding & promotional Items for Model Pharma.7. Responsible for logistical support including Medicine & Others program.8. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for suppliers & equipment.9. Negotiate of Supplier's rate, adjust according to the current market and find competitive source.10. Competitive Statement making and take management approval.11. Prepare Suppliers bill along with MRR, Challan and Invoice.12. Follow up on the procurement to payment process in line with the procurement policy. maintaining & reporting to department head.13. New supplier inclusion as per company policy.14. To manage each & every administrative work as well as responsible for every kind of Managerial Operation about pharmaceutical work.15. Attending and monitoring the supply of medicine in the project and outdoors.16. Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.17. Ensuring Proper storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.18. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.19. Any other task assigned by the managemenExperience:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
