Responsibilities & Context:Job Responsibilities:We are seeking a talented and experienced Area Manager to join our Sales Department.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and the ability to lead and work effectively with the assigned team.Key Duties:

Develop and lead a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and career-focused sales team.
Maintain the highest level of team discipline to ensure quality product promotion to physicians.
Implement decisions from top management and promotional guidelines effectively in the field.
Achieve area sales targets by ensuring individual team member performance.
Review TA/DA bills, expenses, requisitions, and team reports, and forward them for timely approval.
Ensure optimal use of resources by each team member.
Evaluate team performance fairly and provide appropriate recognition and adjustments.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with leading dermatologists in the assigned territory.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Master of Science (MSc)

Experience:

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 32 to 42 years
Only Male

A science background will be considered an added advantage. Candidates must have relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales.
