Responsibilities & Context:Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash flow records.Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they align with the financial plan.Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to support management decisions.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and prepare documents for audits as needed.Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.Support Financial Planning: Provide insights and support to the management team in financial planning and analysis.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

Fresher or 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance or relevant field can apply. He/she must have knowledge on ERP software.
