Responsibilities & Context:key responsibility:oversee day to day store operations, sales, customer service.Manage inventory, including receiving shipment & tracking stock level.Train, Supervise & motivate staff to meet sales target.Maintain store cleanliness and arrange displayed products.Handle customer inquiries, complains, and ensure high end satisfaction.prepare sales report and assist in planning marketing activities.Requirments:previous retail management or sales experience.strong leadership & communication skills.Good knowledge of inventory management.Ability to work under pressure and meet target.basic computer skills.Honest reliable & Customer-focused.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 8 years
