With 16 years of proven excellence, international partnerships, and an 80% success rate, we are expanding our footprint by building institution-to-institution alliances across schools, colleges, and universities.Now, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Manager who builds bridges between institutions, creates opportunities for thousands of learners, and contributes directly to transforming English education in BangladeshWhy This Role MattersAs our B2B Sales Manager, you will be at the frontline of educational reform - introducing world-class programs like Cambridge English Qualifications, Cambridge English Assessments, Lingua skills by Cambridge, English Speaking Bootcamp, IELTS Band 7 Target Courses, and Future-Ready School Initiatives to schools and organizations. Your success means:More students achieving global opportunities.More institutions upgrading their teaching standards.A long-term impact on the country's education ecosystem.What You'll DoBuild and manage strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions.Present and promote BARC's international-standard programs.Identify opportunities for long-term collaborations and partnerships.Achieve sales targets while ensuring educational value is delivered.Represent BARC with professionalism, credibility, and passion.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
A graduate (Business, Marketing, English, or related field preferred).Experience:
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
